Hand-Painted Slides
In putting together materials for a multimedia "light show" I started hand painting 2" by 2", 35mm glass slides for Kodak Carousel slide projectors.
I used transparent colored lacquers and discovered that if I abstractly painted one side of the glass slide, I could then press the unpainted glass against the painted one and had a painted mirror image of the first one. Very cool.
