Kinetic Light
I got into kinetic light art as a result of General Electric introducing "flashing" transparent colored C7 Christmas lights.
This was our first tree since leaving the US Navy and I was fascinated by the colored patterns being projected onto the white walls in the living room corner where we set up our tree. They were sharp and in focus with no "lens".
Right after Christmas I started experimenting with these flashing bulbs and was very pleased with the results and went on to design and build kinetic light sculptures.
